My room was bright and clean, offering easy access to the shopping area. The staff proved helpful. They accommodated all my requests promptly. Breakfast had a wide choice of items. I found the shower excellent. It provided great water pressure.
The lifts seemed always in use. I was on a higher floor.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items available.
The room I was given was quite small, and moving around with luggage felt difficult. There was a pillar near the bed, I had to lift my suitcase over it. I was really disappointed by the limited space (especially considering the price).

The rooftop bar was a nice feature. It provided what I needed.
I found the room cleaning to be subpar. Our cups weren't cleaned at all . This left me feeling quite disappointed (I expect better for what I paid).
